How to order.
For us to provide an accurate quote, we need to get up close and personal with what you want framed. So it’s best to visit us in person, or arrange for us to visit you. Either way, before we can start work, we’ll be looking to get answers to the following:
What is it that you want framed?
How big is it?
Why do you want a bespoke frame – preservation / display?
Where do you plan to display it?
Delivery & Returns
We’re all about amazing customer service, so we’ll bend over backwards to make sure you’re delighted with everything about Frame Set And Match.
Delivery
We can arrange collection for whatever you want framed and deliver it back to you. We’ll just ask for a £50 deposit, which will be refundable against your first job.
Returns
In the unlikely event you find a fault with your bespoke frame, send it back our way and we’ll fix it for no extra charge.
